Introduction

PowerPlant Park is the first project of its kind in the State of California. The Park offers craft-growers and cannabis investors the opportunity to secure a legal address required to obtain a State cultivation license. A lease at PowerPlant Park eliminates the 2+ year wait and expense to acquire requisite municipal/state permits and licenses. Tenancy at PowerPlant Park includes a state of the art glass/steel mixed-light hybrid greenhouse, each w/1144 plant-sites.

Tenants have the option to manage their own production or have PowerPlant Park’s team of master growers and scientists handle all greenhouse operations and wholesale/retail distribution.
